The Canadian Senior Games Association is pleased to share exciting news from the WiMN Championship Organizing Committee.

A New National Tournament for Senior Women’s Hockey

It is with great excitement that we announce the inaugural Women’s Invitational Masters National Championship (WiMN Championship) — a new national tournament for Senior Women’s Hockey — taking place July 8–11, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario at Canlan Sports York.

In the absence of a CSGA Games year in 2026, this invitational event will provide an opportunity for senior women’s teams from across Canada to enjoy national-level competition in a central location.

When registering, the Team Representative should:

  1. Select ASHL York as the location, and
  2. Choose Women’s Invitational Masters Nationals as the season.

Divisions

  • 40–49 Age Group – 8 Competitive Teams & 8 Recreational Teams
  • 50–59 Age Group – 6 Competitive Teams & 6 Recreational Teams
  • 60–64 Age Group – 8 Competitive Teams
  • 65+ Age Group – 8 Competitive Teams

Each team is guaranteed a minimum of four games and will receive a team welcome gift.
Division winners will earn a championship banner to display in their home arena, and results will be posted on the official WiMN website.


Team Entries

Cross-Canada representation is a priority.
Teams are encouraged to register early — entries will be accepted based on national representation, with additional teams added as space allows.
Once submitted, registrations will remain pending until approved by the organizing committee.
